Kickboxing is a great workout for your heart, joints, strength, balance, and coordination. It's a fun calorie torching and strength building upper body, lower body and core workout. An hour long kickboxing session will burn about 550-700 calories.

Bootcamp Training: A fitness boot camp is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. These fitness classes have grown in popularity over the years primarily because they offer a new way to get a low-cost, efficient and challenging workout.

PiYo LIVE is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and tone muscles—all in the same class! Using only your body weight, you'll perform a series of high-intensity moves (all without putting unnecessary stress on your body) while working every muscle for a long, lean, and incredibly defined physique.

HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training: A HIIT workout is the way to go when you are short on time but you still want to work up a sweat by pushing your intensity and pace to a new level!
HIIT is an interval workout that alternates between short bursts of high-intensity work with short, less intensive recovery causing you to burn more fat and calories than a typical cardio or strength workout. The high energy intervals induce long-term fat loss and overall conditioning.

Virtual Fitness: Save time, gas, and a monthly gym membership fee by accessing Live streaming workouts directly to your device, from the comfort of your home. Stream your sessions with a instructor who will guide, encourage, and help you achieve the results you desire. Virtual Fitness is offered individually or in a group format.
